## SEC. 3169 LESAGE/GREENBOTTOM SWAMP, WEST VIRGINIA Section 30(d) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1988 (102 Stat. 4030; 114 Stat. 2678) is amended to read as follows: > > ### “(d) Historic Structure > > The Secretary shall ensure the preservation and restoration of the structure known as the ‘Jenkins House’ and the reconstruction of associated buildings and landscape features of such structure located within the Lesage/Greenbottom Swamp in accordance with the standards of the Department of the Interior for the treatment of historic properties.
Amounts made available for expenditure for the project authorized by section 301(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4110) shall be available for the purposes of this subsection.” > .
