## SEC. 3162 TANGIER ISLAND SEAWALL, VIRGINIA Section 577(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3789) is amended by striking “at a total cost of $1,200,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $900,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $300,000.” and inserting “at a total cost of $3,600,000.”.
