## SEC. 3160 LAKE CHAMPLAIN WATERSHED, VERMONT AND NEW YORK Section 542 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2671) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b)(2)— #####
(A)by striking “or” at the end of subparagraph (D); #####
(B)by redesignating subparagraph
(E)as subparagraph (G); and #####
(C)by inserting after subparagraph
(D)the following: > > ##### “(E) > > river corridor assessment, protection, management, and restoration for the purposes of ecosystem restoration; > > > ##### “(F) > > geographic mapping conducted by the Secretary using existing technical capacity to produce a high-resolution, multispectral satellite imagery-based land use and cover data set; or” > ; ####
(2)in subsection (e)(2)(A)— #####
(A)by striking “ The non-Federal ” and inserting the following: > > ###### “(i) In general > > The non-Federal” > ; and #####
(B)by adding at the end the following: > > ###### “(ii) Approval of district engineer > > Approval of credit for design work of less than $100,000 shall be determined by the appropriate district engineer.” > ; ####
(3)in subsection (e)(2)(C) by striking “up to 50 percent of”; and ####
(4)in subsection
(g)by striking “$20,000,000” and inserting “$32,000,000”.
