## SEC. 3155 CONNECTICUT RIVER RESTORATION, VERMONT Notwithstanding section 221 of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 1962d–5b), as in effect on August 5, 2005, with respect to the study entitled “Connecticut River Restoration Authority”, dated May 23, 2001, a nonprofit entity may act as the non-Federal interest for purposes of carrying out the activities described in the agreement executed between The Nature Conservancy and the Department of the Army on August 5, 2005.
