## SEC. 3128 OHIO Section 594 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 381) is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating subsections
(f)and
(g)as subsections
(g)and (h), respectively; and ####
(2)by inserting after subsection
(e)the following: > > ### “(f) Nonprofit Entities > > In accordance with section 221 of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 1962d–5b), a non-Federal interest for any project carried out under this section may include a nonprofit entity, with the consent of the affected local government.” > .
