## SEC. 3087 POPLAR ISLAND, MARYLAND The project for navigation and environmental restoration through the beneficial use of dredged material, Poplar Island, Maryland, authorized by section 537 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3776) and modified by section 318 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2604), is modified to authorize the Secretary to construct the expansion of the project in accordance with the report of the Chief of Engineers dated March 31, 2006, at an additional total cost of $260,000,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $195,000,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $65,000,000.
