## SEC. 3084 WEST BANK OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER (EAST OF HARVEY CANAL), LOUISIANA Section 328 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 304–305) is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (a)— #####

(A)by striking “operation and maintenance” and inserting “operation, maintenance, rehabilitation, repair, and replacement”; and #####

(B)by striking “Algiers Channel” and inserting “Algiers Canal Levees”; and ####

(2)by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(c) Cost Sharing > > The non-Federal share of the cost of the project shall be 35 percent.” > . **[**Section 3085 was repealed by section 8342(b) of division H of Public Law 117-263.**]**
