## SEC. 3059 CACHE RIVER LEVEE, ILLINOIS The Cache River Levee constructed for flood control at the Cache River, Illinois, and authorized by the Act of June 28, 1938 (52 Stat. 1217), is modified to add environmental restoration as a project purpose.
