## SEC. 29 AUTHORIZATION FOR APPROPRIATIONS There are authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator for purposes of carrying out this Act (other than sections 27 and 28 and subsections
(a)and
(c)through
(g)of section 10 thereof) $10,100,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, $58,646,000 for the fiscal year 1982 and $62,000,000 for the fiscal year 1983.
