## SEC. 2302 NATIONWIDE DISTRIBUTION OF RESOURCES Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act or the amendments made by this Act, each State shall receive not less than 0.5 percent of funds made available under section 2301 (relating to emergency assistance for the redevelopment of abandoned and foreclosed homes).
