## SEC. 413 REPORTS TO CONGRESS Within 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall— ####
(1)identify and report to Congress on purchasing policies of the Federal Government which inhibit or prevent the purchase by the Federal Government of alternative fueled vehicles; and ####
(2)report to Congress on Federal, State, and local traffic control measures and policies and how the use of alternative fueled vehicles could be promoted by granting such vehicles exemptions or preferential treatment under such measures. **[**[42 U.S.C. 13211](/us/usc/t42/s13211)**]**
