## SEC. 309 INFORMATION COLLECTION Section 400AA(b)(1)(A) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act is amended by striking “the vehicles acquired under subsection (a)” and inserting in lieu thereof “a representative sample of alternative fueled vehicles in Federal fleets”.
