## SEC. 143 ENERGY EXTENSION SERVICE PROGRAM ###
(a)Repeal The National Energy Extension Service Act, title V of Public Law 95–39, is repealed. ###
(b)Conforming Amendment Section 103 of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5813(7)) is amended— ####
(1)by striking paragraph (7); and ####
(2)by redesignating paragraphs (8), (9), (10), (11), and
(12)as paragraphs (7), (8), (9), (10), and (11), respectively. ## Subtitle F Federal Agency Energy Management
