## SEC. 623 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[42 U.S.C. 17202](/us/usc/t42/s17202)**]** There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out the programs under this subtitle $170,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025.
