## SEC. 1408 CPSC REPORT **[**[15 U.S.C. 8007](/us/usc/t15/s8007)**]** Not later than 1 year after the last day of each fiscal year for which grants are made under section 1405, the Commission shall submit to Congress a report evaluating the implementation of the grant program authorized by that section.
