## SEC. 821 REIMBURSEMENT OF AIR CARRIERS FOR CERTAIN SCREENING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES **[**[49 U.S.C. 44903 note](/us/usc/t49/s44903)**]** The Secretary of Homeland Security, subject to the availability of funds (other than amounts in the Aviation Trust Fund) provided for this purpose, shall reimburse air carriers and airports for— ####
(1)the screening of catering supplies; and ####
