## Sec. 306 authorization of appropriations **[**[25 U.S.C. 1836](/us/usc/t25/s1836)**]** ###

(a)There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of this title, $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the five succeeding fiscal years. ###

(b)Any funds appropriated pursuant to subsection
