## Sec. 115 rules and regulations2 **[**[25 U.S.C. 1815](/us/usc/t25/s1815)**]** ###
(a)Within four months from the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall, to the extent practicable, consult with national Indian organizations to consider and formulate appropriate rules and regulations for the conduct of the grant program established by this title. 2Public Law 98–192 (97 Stat. 1343), which reauthorized and amended the Act, included the following section: “ Sec. 15. In promulgating regulations to implement the amendments made by this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall consult with tribally controlled community colleges.”. ###
(b)Within six months from the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall publish proposed rules and regulations in the Federal Register for the purpose of receiving comments from interested parties. ###
(c)Within ten months from the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall promulgate rules and regulations for the conduct of the grant program established by this title. ###
(d)Funds to carry out the purposes of this section may be drawn from general administrative appropriations to the Secretary made after the date of enactment of this Act. * * * * * * * # TITLE III TRIBALLY CONTROLLED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY ENDOWMENT PROGRAM
