## SEC. 135 PRESERVATION OF AUTHORITY **[**[12 U.S.C. 5240](/us/usc/t12/s5240)**]** With the exception of section 131, nothing in this Act may be construed to limit the authority of the Secretary or the Board under any other provision of law.
