## Sec. 1804 authorization of appropriations; termination of commission **[**300v–3**]** ###
(a)Authorizations To carry out this title there are authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1979, $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1980, $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1981, and $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982. ###
(b)Federal Advisory Committee Act; Termination The Commission shall be subject to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, except that, under section 14(a)(1)(B) of such Act, the Commission shall terminate on December 31, 1982.
