## SEC. 810 IMPACT ON SMALL COMMUNITIES Before implementing a provision of this Act, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall consult with the Small Communities Coordinator of the Environmental Protection Agency to determine the impact of such provision on small communities, including the estimated cost of compliance with such provision.
