## SEC. 411 STUDY OF BUFFERING AND NEUTRALIZING AGENTS There are authorized to be appropriated to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service of the Department of the Interior an amount equal to $250,000 to fund a study to be conducted in conjunction with the University of Wyoming of the effectiveness of various buffering and neutralizing agents used to restore lakes and streams damaged by acid deposition. * * * * * * *
