## SEC. 409 REPORT ON CLEAN COAL TECHNOLOGIES EXPORT PROGRAMS The Secretary of Energy in consultation with the Secretary of Commerce shall provide a report to the Congress within one year of enactment of this legislation which will identify, inventory and analyze clean coal technologies export programs within United States Government agencies including the Departments of State, Commerce, and Energy and at the Export-Import Bank and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.
The study shall address the effectiveness of interagency coordination of export promotion and determine the feasibility of establishing an interagency commission for the purpose of promoting the export and use of clean coal technologies.
