## SEC. 770 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**295e**]** ###
(a)In General For the purpose of carrying out this subpart, there is authorized to be appropriated $17,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025. ###
(b)Limitation Regarding Certain Program In obligating amounts appropriated under subsection (a), the Secretary may not obligate more than 30 percent for carrying out section 767. #### Subpart 3 Recruitment and Retention Programs
