## Sec. 338 authorization of appropriation **[**254k**]** ###
(a)For the purpose of carrying out this subpart, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2008 through 2012. ###
(b)An appropriation under an authorization under subsection
(a)for any fiscal year may be made at any time before that fiscal year and may be included in an Act making an appropriation under an authorization under subsection
(a)for another fiscal year; but no funds may be made available from any appropriation under such authorization for obligation under sections 331 through 335, section 336A, and section 337 before the fiscal year for which such appropriation is authorized. #### Subpart III Scholarship Program and Loan Repayment Program
