## Sec. 236 transfer of funds **[**238e**]** For the purpose of any reorganization under section 202, the Secretary, with the approval of the Director of the Bureau of the Budget,16 is authorized to make such transfers of funds between appropriations as may be necessary for the continuance of transferred functions. 16Now the Office of Management and Budget.
