## Sec. 1918 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS OF TITLE II RELATING TO SUBPOENAS **[**[42 U.S.C. 1396q](/us/usc/t42/s1396q)**]** The provisions of subsections
(d)and
(e)of section 205 of this Act shall apply with respect to this title to the same extent as they are applicable with respect to title II, except that, in so applying such subsections, and in applying section 205(l) thereto, with respect to this title, any reference therein to the Commissioner of Social Security or the Social Security Administration shall be considered a reference to the Secretary or the Department of Health and Human Services, respectively.
