## SEC. 722 CRIMINAL PENALTIES Any person who willfully violates any provision of this Act, or any rule or order thereunder, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50,000, or to imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, for each violation. **[**[42 U.S.C. 8432](/us/usc/t42/s8432)**]**
