## Sec. 711 transition With the consent of the appropriate department or agency head concerned, the Secretary is authorized to utilize the services of such officers, employees, and other personnel of the departments and agencies from which functions have been transferred to the Secretary for such period of time as may reasonably be needed to facilitate the orderly transfer of functions under this Act. **[**[42 U.S.C. 7299](/us/usc/t42/s7299)**]**
