## Sec. 505 amendment to energy supply and environmental coordination act of 1974 ###
(a)**[**Amends section 11(c) of the Energy Supply and Environmental Coordination Act of 1974 by adding a new paragraph (3).**]** ###
(b)The amendment made by subsection
(a)to section 11(c) of the Energy Supply and Environmental Coordination Act of 1974 shall take effect on the first day of the first accounting quarter to which such practices apply.
