## SEC. 308.3 REPORTS The Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and other appropriate Federal agencies, shall report annually to the Congress on activities conducted pursuant to this title. Such report shall include— ####
(1)recommendations made under section 307(b) regarding the prevailing voluntary building energy codes; ####
(2)a State-by-State summary of actions taken under this title; and ####
(3)recommendations to the Congress with respect to opportunities to further promote building energy efficiency and otherwise carry out the purposes of this title. 3For termination of this provision, effective May 15, 2000, see section 3003 of Public Law 104–66 (as amended).
