## Sec. 143 effective date The amendments made by this part C to the Federal Energy Administration Act of 1974 shall take effect 150 days after the date of enactment of this Act, except that section 56(c) of the Federal Energy Administration Act of 1974 (as added by this part) shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act. **[**[15 U.S.C. 790 note](/us/usc/t15/s790).
