## SEC. 9 EFFECT ON OTHER LAWS **[**[29 U.S.C. 2108](/us/usc/t29/s2108)**]** The giving of notice pursuant to this Act, if done in good faith compliance with this Act, shall not constitute a violation of the National Labor Relations Act or the Railway Labor Act.
