## SEC. 506.19 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. 19Section 305 of Public Law 115–385 redesignates section 505 as section 506 as carried out above. Section 402(c)(2) of such Public Law attempts to repeal section 505, however, due to the earlier redesignation the latter amendment could not be carried out. # TITLE VI AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS; ACCOUNTABILITY AND OVERSIGHT
