## SEC. 6001 INDIVIDUAL TERRORISTS AS AGENTS OF FOREIGN POWERS ###
(a)In General Section 101(b)(1) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1801(b)(1)) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(C) > > engages in international terrorism or activities in preparation therefore; or” > . ###

(1)In general Except as provided in paragraph (2), the amendment made by subsection
(a)shall cease to have effect on March 15, 2020. ####
(2)Exception With respect to any particular foreign intelligence investigation that began before the date on which the provisions referred to in paragraph
