## SEC. 1103 SEVERABILITY **[**[50 U.S.C. 3001 note](/us/usc/t50/s3001)**]** If any provision of this Act, or an amendment made by this Act, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Act, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other those to which such provision is held invalid shall not be affected thereby. # TITLE II FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
