## SEC. 650.41 APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS **[**[19 U.S.C. 1650](/us/usc/t19/s1650)**]** The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to appoint, in accordance with the civil service laws, a deputy commissioner in the Bureau of Customs, in addition to the deputy commissioners now authorized by law. 41This section was transferred in the United States Code from 19 U.S.C. 1650 to 19 U.S.C. 2072.
