## SEC. 643 APPLICATION OF CUSTOMS REORGANIZATION ACT **[**[19 U.S.C. 1643](/us/usc/t19/s1643)**]** The rights, privileges, powers, and duties vested in or imposed upon the Secretary of the Treasury by this Act shall be subject to the provisions of subdivision
(a)of section 3 of the Act entitled “An Act to create a Bureau of Customs and a Bureau of Prohibition in the Department of the Treasury,” approved March 3, 1927.
