## SEC. 304.42 REPORTS ### (a)43 In General The Secretary of State shall submit reports to the Committees on Foreign Relations and Appropriations of the Senate, and the Committees on International Relations and Appropriations of the House of Representatives on progress made in accomplishing the “Purposes of Assistance” set forth in section 102 of this Act utilizing assistance provided by the United States for Afghanistan. 4222 U.S.C. 7554. 43Sec. 7104(e)(3)(A) of the Afghanistan Freedom Support Act Amendments of 2004 (sec. 7104 of Public Law 108–458; 118 Stat. 3638) struck out “The Secretary” and inserted in lieu thereof “(a) In General.—The Secretary”. ### (b)44 Deadline for Submission The first report shall be submitted in conjunction with reports required under section 303 of this title and thereafter through December 31, 2004. 44Sec. 7104(e)(3)(B) of the Afghanistan Freedom Support Act Amendments of 2004 (sec. 7104 of Public Law 108–458; 118 Stat. 3638) struck out “The first report” and inserted in lieu thereof “(b) Deadline for Submission.—The first report”. ### (c)45 Form of Reports Any report or other matter that is required to be submitted to Congress (including a committee of Congress) by this Act may contain a classified annex. 45Sec. 7104(e)(3)(C) of the Afghanistan Freedom Support Act Amendments of 2004 (sec. 7104 of Public Law 108–458; 118 Stat. 3638) added subsec.
