## SEC. 507 EFFECTIVE DATE **[**[20 U.S.C. 9201 note](/us/usc/t20/s9201)**]** Except as otherwise provided in this Act, this Act and the amendments made by this Act, shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
