## Sec. 205 authorization of appropriations ###
(a)There are authorized to be appropriated $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2010 and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2011 through 2015 to carry out programs and activities authorized under this subtitle. ###
(b)Not less than 30 percent and not more than 50 percent of the funds appropriated under subsection
(a)shall be allocated for activities under subsections (b)(10) and
(c)of section 203. ###
(c)The Secretary shall ensure that funds appropriated pursuant to authorizations in this Act shall remain available until expended for the purposes for which they were appropriated. **[**[42 U.S.C. 5115](/us/usc/t42/s5115)**]**
