## SEC. 218 REPORTS **[**[20 U.S.C. 6148](/us/usc/t20/s6148)**]** The Secretaries may not provide an implementation grant under section 212 to a State unless the State agrees that the State will submit to the Secretaries such reports as the Secretaries may reasonably require, relating to the use of amounts from such grant, except that the Secretaries may not require more than 1 such report during any 3-month period. ## Subtitle C Development and Implementation Grants for School-to-Work Programs for Indian Youths
