## SEC. 871 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**298d**]** ###

(a)In General For the purpose of carrying out parts B, C, and D (subject to section 851(g)), there are authorized to be appropriated $137,837,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025. ###

(b)Part E For the purpose of carrying out part E, there are authorized to be appropriated $117,135,000 for each of the fiscal years 2021 through 2025. # TITLE IX AGENCY FOR HEALTHCARE RESEARCH AND QUALITY1 1Section 2 of Public Law 106–129 (113 Stat. 1653) designated the Agency as the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Formerly it was designated as the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research. See section 6103 of Public Law 101–239 (103 Stat. 2189). ### PART A ESTABLISHMENT AND GENERAL DUTIES
