## SEC. 846 AUTHORITY TO ADMINISTER SUMMER TRAVEL AND WORK PROGRAMS **[**[20 U.S.C. 1474 note](/us/usc/t20/s1474)**]** The Director of the United States Information Agency is authorized to administer summer travel and work programs without regard to preplacement requirements. ### PART K MISCELLANEOUS4 4Part J of title VIII was repealed. Also, in part K, sections 861 and 863 were repealed.
