## SEC. 775 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[20 U.S.C. 1140o](/us/usc/t20/s1140o)**]** ###

(a)In General There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subpart such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2009 and each of the five succeeding fiscal years. ###

(b)Priority For the first fiscal year for which funds are made available under this section, the Secretary shall give priority to allocating funding for the purposes of section 772. #### Subpart 4 National Technical Assistance Center; Coordinating Center
