## SEC. 761 PURPOSE **[**[20 U.S.C. 1140a](/us/usc/t20/s1140a)**]** It is the purpose of this subpart to support model demonstration projects to provide technical assistance or professional development for postsecondary faculty, staff, and administrators in institutions of higher education to enable such faculty, staff, and administrators to provide students with disabilities with a quality postsecondary education.
