## SEC. 419J 9 CONSTRUCTION OF NEEDS PROVISIONS **[**[20 U.S.C. 1070d–40](/us/usc/t20/s1070d–40)**]** Except as provided in section 471, nothing in this subpart, or any other Act, shall be construed to permit the receipt of a scholarship under this subpart to be counted for any needs test in connection with the awarding of any grant or the making of any loan under this Act or any other provision of Federal law relating to educational assistance. 9Section 419I was repealed by P.L. 102–325, sec. 406(g)(1), 106 Stat. 509.
