## SEC. 234 EVALUATION **[**[20 U.S.C. 1032c](/us/usc/t20/s1032c)**]** Not less than ten percent of the funds awarded to an eligible consortium to carry out a project under this subpart shall be used to evaluate the effectiveness of such project. #### Subpart 2 Honorable Augustus F.
