## SEC. 209 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[20 U.S.C. 1022h](/us/usc/t20/s1022h)**]** There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part $300,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the two succeeding fiscal years. ### PART B ENHANCING TEACHER EDUCATION
