## SEC. 606 EMPLOYMENT OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES **[**[20 U.S.C. 1405](/us/usc/t20/s1405)**]** The Secretary shall ensure that each recipient of assistance under this title makes positive efforts to employ and advance in employment qualified individuals with disabilities in programs assisted under this title.
